These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of americanupholstery.com (the "Site") and the services and products offered by American Upholstery ("American Upholstery," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 4970 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013. By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for the purpose of learning about our upholstery and custom furniture services, browsing our work, and requesting quotes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided by phone, email, text, or through the Site are estimates based on the information and photos available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed once a project manager has inspected the piece, vehicle, boat, or space in person, or received complete measurements and material selections. Estimates are not binding until confirmed in writing.

Custom Work & Product Lines

Because our reupholstery and custom furniture work is made to order for your specific piece, vehicle, boat, or space, completed custom work is generally not returnable or refundable once production has begun, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing with your project manager.

Our custom cushions, custom seat covers, custom boat covers, and mats & padding product lines are built in our Phoenix shop and boxed for shipping nationwide. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed against carrier delays. Risk of loss or damage in transit passes according to the shipping carrier's terms; contact us right away if a shipment arrives damaged so we can help make it right.

Photos & Project Content You Submit

When you send us photos, measurements, or descriptions of your project to request a quote, you grant American Upholstery permission to use that material internally to prepare your estimate and complete your project. We will not publish identifiable photos of your project publicly without your permission. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

All text, photos, graphics, and the American Upholstery name and logo on this Site are the property of American Upholstery or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose it without our written permission.

No Warranty on Site Content

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. While we work to keep pricing ranges, materials, and project information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Site is error-free or that any product or material described is currently in stock.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Upholstery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or delays in shipping outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona or federal law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
