Commercial FAQ.

Do you work with general contractors, architects and landscape architects?
Yes. We fabricate to drawings, provide shop drawings and product data for your engineer’s review, and coordinate with your schedule. Contractors and resellers can request trade pricing.
Is the fabric fire-rated?
Fire-rated HDPE shade fabrics are available for projects where your jurisdiction or client requires them. Tell us the requirement and we’ll specify a compliant fabric.
Can you replace fabric on existing commercial structures?
Yes — replacement canopies and sails for existing frames, including structures built by other companies, after we measure on site.
How do you handle engineering and permits?
We include a site assessment and a recommendation, but an as-built or structural-integrity evaluation and any stamped plans or calculations come from a third-party structural engineer. Those are needed if you choose to pursue a permit. Permitting and approvals (city and HOA) are the property owner’s responsibility, working with the engineer — we don’t do permitting. If the engineer calls for bracing, brackets or reinforcement, we can manufacture and install them under a separate quote.
